
VHB is pleased to announce that Kevin Maloney, PE has joined the company as Senior Project Manager, Design-Build Manager. With more than 38 years of extensive experience in transportation project management, engineering, and planning, Kevin enhances VHB's design-build capabilities and bolsters the team’s executive-level talent.
Kevin joins VHB from Jacobs Engineering Group, where he played a key role in numerous high-profile projects across the country. His experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects has helped significantly in advancing major projects in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, California, Washington, and Oregon. Most recently, Kevin has been instrumental in the execution of the California High Speed Rail project and Sound Transit’s Downtown Redmond Link Extension.
In his new role at VHB, Kevin will leverage his comprehensive understanding of commercial management, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation experience to help lead design and development of VHB’s design-build projects throughout New England. His leadership in aligning design processes with construction goals has consistently resulted in greater project efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
